(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense and shall be fined not more than one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00).
(b) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter, with one prior conviction for a violation under this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) and/or imprisoned for not more than 30 days.
(c) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter, with two or more prior convictions for a violation under this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree, and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or imprisoned not more than 60 days.
