No person licensed under § 848.01 or any employee or agent of such person shall permit any pool or any billiard table to be used for playing after the hour of 2:00 a.m. and before the hour of 8:00 a.m. on any day. During such hours when tables are not permitted to be used for playing, they shall be covered over in such manner as to preclude their use for playing.
