§ 848.03 LICENSE FEE; EFFECTIVE PERIOD.
   (a)   The fee for the license required in § 848.01 shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per year for any pool or billiard table.
   (b)   Each such license shall expire on November 30 next following the date of issue.
