The fee for an alarm system permit shall be ten dollars ($10.00) for type A-B residences and twenty dollars ($20.00) for type C-D residences and shall not be prorated. February 1 shall be the anniversary date for all such permits. Such permits issued on February 1 shall expire three years after such issuance. Such permits issued subsequent to any February 1 shall expire three years after such February 1. Applications for the renewal of permits shall be processed in the same manner as applications for the initial permit. The fee for a renewal of a permit shall be ten dollars ($10.00) for type A-B residences and twenty dollars ($20.00) for type C-D residences for each successive three-year period.
