§ 818.16 MISREPRESENTATIONS.

No person licensed under § 818.02 or his agent shall make any statement that is false in any particular or that has a tendency to mislead, or shall make any misrepresentation whatsoever with reference to any article sold or offered for sale during such distress merchandise sale.
