§ 818.14 COMMINGLING OF MERCHANDISE.
   (a)   The license required in § 818.02 shall be valid only for the sale of goods inventoried pursuant to § 818.03(e). The commingling of additional merchandise with inventoried merchandise shall cause the inventoried merchandise to lose its identity as distressed goods, and any such license issued shall cease to apply to the sale of such goods.
   (b)   No person licensed under § 818.02 shall add any goods to the inventoried stock, except as provided in § 818.15 and no such person shall in the course of a distress merchandise sale sell goods except those included in the original inventory, plus any addition provided for in § 818.15. Each sale of goods not so inventoried shall constitute a separate offense under this chapter.
