The City Manager, upon the recommendation of the examiners appointed pursuant to § 818.11, or upon his or her own initiative, may at any time revoke or suspend the license granted under authority of this chapter if any licensee offers for sale any goods, wares or merchandise in addition to those permitted under this chapter, or violates or fails to comply with any of the requirements or provisions of this chapter, or any law relating to the business so licensed.
