No person shall do or permit to be done any of the following acts:
(a) Conduct a public dance later than 2:00 a.m.;
(b) Make any discrimination between the sexes in the amount of admission fee charged to a public dance; or
(c) Give a public dance under the guise or name of a class in dancing or for instructions in dancing when in fact it is a public dance.
