The license required in § 814.02 shall bear the name of the licensee, the date of issuance, a brief description of the device, the manufacturer’s serial number which appears on the device, the place where the device will be situated, and a facsimile of the City Manager’s signature. The license shall be attached to the device at all times in a conspicuous place in such a manner that it cannot be removed by anyone other than the licensee.
