(a) A person under the age of 18 shall not accept or continue employment by or in an adult entertainment establishment in any capacity, whether full-time or part-time, and with or without remuneration or compensation in any form.
(b) No person shall accept or continue employment by any adult entertainment establishment that does not have a valid, current permit issued pursuant to these regulations.
(c) Any employee of an adult entertainment establishment shall cooperate with any background investigation permitted under these regulations.
(d) No employee, independent contractor or agent of an adult entertainment establishment shall, in the performance of his or her duties, do any of the following:
(1) Appear in a state of nudity, as that term is defined in § 805.01;
(2) Place his or her hand upon, or touch with any part of his or her body, the genitals, pubic area or buttocks of any other person, or the breasts of any female; and
(3) Perform or offer to perform any act that would require the touching of the genitals, pubic area or buttocks of any other person, or the breasts of any female.
(e) Any adult entertainment establishment offering live dancing performances shall conform to the following requirements:
(1) The dancing performance shall be confined to a clearly defined stage or platform area that is elevated at least two feet above the normal floor elevation of the establishment.
(2) There shall be a clearly defined and delineated six-foot buffer area or space between the aforesaid stage or platform and any area of the establishment in which customers are customarily seated and/or served.
(3) Said buffer zone shall be clearly and permanently delineated by rail, rope, enclosure or other similar means.
(4) All dancing or entertainment shall be confined to the stage or platform area as defined herein.
(5) At no time during the performance shall the patrons or the entertainer be permitted to encroach on the aforedescribed buffer zone.
(6) Patrons are prohibited from commingling with or touching the entertainers on the stage or platform.
