(a) A permit to operate an adult entertainment establishment is valid for one year and expires on the anniversary of the date of issuance, unless a permitee has applied for a renewal permit or unless the permit was revoked as provided in this chapter.
(b) An application to renew a previously issued permit shall include a nonrefundable fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and any changes in the information provided in the initial application. The application shall include the names, addresses and dates of birth of all employees of the adult entertainment establishment. The application for renewal must be filed not later than 30 days prior to the expiration of the existing permit. An application for renewal shall be investigated and reviewed using the same standards and time requirements delineated in § 805.08.
