For the purpose of this chapter:
(a) LOT shall have the same meaning as set forth in § 1288.01(55) of the Codified Ordinances.
(b) NOXIOUS WEEDS shall mean and include any and all grass, weeds and wild plants exceeding six inches in height.
(c) PARCEL shall have the same meaning as set forth in § 1288.01(84) of the Codified Ordinances.
(d) UNDEVELOPED shall mean that the entire lot and/or parcel is free from any building or structure as those terms are defined in § 1288.01(16) and (110) respectively.
