§ 644.15 DRIVING THROUGH PARADES.

(a) No driver of a vehicle shall drive between the vehicles or persons comprising a parade when such vehicles or persons are in motion and are conspicuously designated as part of a parade.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
