§ 644.14 OBSTRUCTION OF PARADES.

(a) No person shall unreasonably hamper, obstruct, impede or interfere with any parade or parade assembly or with any person, vehicle or animal participating or being used an a parade.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
