(a) (1) A permittee under this chapter shall comply with all permit directions and conditions and all applicable laws and ordinances.
(2) The parade chairman or other person heading or leading such parade shall carry the parade permit upon his or her person during the conduct of the parade.
(b) Whoever violates or fails to comply with this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
