§ 644.08 APPEALS.

Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Chief of Police shall have the right to appeal the denial of a parade permit to the City Manager. The appeal shall be taken within five days after the receipt of the notice of denial. The City Manager shall act upon the appeal within five days after its receipt.
