§ 618.16 PERMITTING DOG FIGHTS.
   (a)   No person shall open or keep a pen or dog pit for the purpose of causing or permitting dogs to fight, or cause or set dogs to fight.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor .
