§ 618.12 ANIMALS DAMAGING GARDENS AND LAWNS.

(a) No person owning or harboring one or more cats, dogs, fowl or other animals shall allow such animals or fowl to run at large so as to do damage to gardens, lawns, shrubbery or other private property.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
