§ 474.10 BICYCLE REGISTRATION FORMS.

The Chief of Police is hereby directed to prepare a form and distribute said form to bicycle owners to be filled out and submitted to the Division of Police. Said form shall contain information concerning the ownership and description of bicycles which will aid the Division of Police in returning lost and stolen bicycles to their owners.
