(a) The Chief of Police is hereby authorized and directed to supply police officers and parking control officers of the City with citation tags which shall be used for the purpose of giving notice to the owners or operators of vehicles of violations of the provisions of this chapter. The owner or operator shall comply with the instructions of such citation tags by appearing at the office of the Clerk of the Middletown Municipal Court and paying the fine imposed for violating any of the provisions of this chapter.
(b) Such fine shall be such sum as is established in § 452.14(b).
