§ 454.05 SUCCESSIVE DEPOSIT OF COINS.

No person shall deposit, or cause to be deposited, in a parking meter, coins for the purpose of increasing or extending the parking time beyond the legal parking time that has been established for the metered parking zone adjacent to which the meter is located.
