Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 737.41, there is hereby established in the Treasury of the City a Municipal Probation Service Fund into which shall be paid all monies paid to the Treasurer under Ohio R.C. 2951.021 and from which shall be disbursed the money in the fund at the request of the Municipal Court Department of Probation for use only by that Department for specialized staff, purchase of equipment and services, reconciliation programs for offenders and victims, other treatment programs, including alcohol and drug addiction programs determined to be appropriate by the Chief Probation Officer, and other similar programs.
