§ 290.02 UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE POSITIONS.

   The following positions in the Municipal Court shall be in the unclassified service of the City:

   (a)   The Deputy Clerk I;

   (b)   The Deputy Clerk II;

   (c)   The Bailiff;

   (d)   The Clerk of Court;

   (e)   The Court Reporter;

   (f)   The Probation Specialist;

   (g)   The Chief Deputy Clerk of Court;

   (h)   The Deputy Chief Probation Officer; and

   (i)   The Executive Secretary.
