There is hereby established in and for the City a Middletown Clean Community Board, to be composed of 18 members. Initially, three of the members shall be appointed for three-year terms, three shall be appointed for two-year terms and one shall be appointed for a one-year term. At the expiration of these initial terms, members shall serve three-year terms. The 11 members added by Res. R88-15, passed June 7, 1988, shall serve for three-year terms.
