§ 285.02 MEETINGS; MISSION.

The Youth Commission shall meet at least four times a year, and shall serve in an advisory capacity to the City Council. The mission of the Youth Commission shall be to ensure that the young people in the community have an opportunity to provide input regarding programs and decisions of the City.
