§ 263.02 DUTIES AND AUTHORITY.

The Middletown Cemetery Board shall advise City Council on the general operation and maintenance of the Middletown Cemetery. The Board is authorized to seek private contributions, grants and other funding for the cemetery consistent with the City budget and the approval of the City Manager.
