§ 260.01 MEETINGS; MINUTES.

All City boards and commissions established by Charter, ordinance or the general laws of the State shall meet periodically, as is necessary, except as otherwise required by law, and shall transmit a copy of the minutes of such meeting to the City Council forthwith.
