§ 250.32 PURCHASING AND CREDIT CARD POLICY.

In accordance with House Bill 312 enacted in 2018, City Council hereby adopts the “Middletown Purchasing and Credit Card Procedure & Policies’ to be in effect retroactive to January 1, 2019. A copy of the policy as set forth in full is attached to Ordinance No. O2019-03, passed January 22, 2019.
