§ 250.31 DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY FOR TRANSIT EMPLOYEES.

City Council hereby approves and adopts a drug and alcohol policy for employees of the transit division as attached to Ordinance O2008-58, passed 7-15-2008, and hereby adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety.
