(a) The maximum amount permitted to be allowed for any grant for rehabilitation is hereby established at six thousand five hundred dollars ($6,500.00) in the rehabilitation activities in the Community Development Block Grant Program.
(b) The Chief Executive Officer of the City is hereby authorized to allow a 25% increase over and above the maximum allowable grant in cases where necessary to fulfill the goals of the program.
