§ 232.02 CHIEF OF THE DIVISION OF FIRE.

The Chief of the Division of Fire shall have exclusive control of the stationing and transfer of all firefighters and other officers and employees constituting the fire force, under such rules and regulations as the Director of Public Safety may prescribe.
