§ 230.13 COMPENSATION FOR OFF-DUTY SERVICE.
   When a patroler is involved in an off-duty incident, requiring use of his or her official police powers, and when such patroler is not engaged in employment for any other concern, the patroler shall be paid a minimum of three hours pay at straight time pay only for the off-duty incident. Proper documentation in the form of a report of the incident must be filed in the Division of Police prior to payment.
