§ 230.08 COMMANDING RESERVE POLICE OFFICER; RULES AND REGULATIONS; OBEDIENCE TO REGULAR MEMBERS.
   The Commander of the Crime Prevention Bureau shall be the commanding officer of the Reserve Police Force and shall have control of its training and shall assign its duties. Subject to the approval of the Director of Public Safety, the Chief of Police shall prescribe rules and regulations for the conduct, control and administration of the Reserve Police Force. Members of the Reserve Police Force shall obey all orders of any regular member of the Division of Police.
