§ 230.04 QUALIFICATIONS OF RESERVE POLICE.
   Members of the Reserve Police Force shall not be less than 21 years or more than 50 years of age at the time of appointment, and shall have such other qualifications as the Screening Board established in § 230.05 may determine. This section shall not be construed to prevent the appointment of a regular officer, retired in good standing, as a reserve officer regardless of age.
