§ 224.30 PURCHASE OF GASOLINE AND DIESEL FUEL BY PURCHASING AGENT.

The City Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to purchase gasoline and diesel fuel at the best market prices available as needed for City purposes provided funds for said purpose have been appropriated for the year of such purchases. Said purchases may be made without compliance with Ohio R.C. Chapter 735.
