(a) The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to accept cash from fines imposed on persons convicted of driving while under the influence in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code and these Codified Ordinances.
(b) The Finance Director is hereby directed to place all cash received into a Special Revenue Fund entitled “The Indigent Drivers Alcohol Treatment Fund,” to be used solely for efforts pertaining to the treatment of indigent drivers.
