§ 224.12 ENFORCEMENT AND EDUCATION FUND.
   (a)   The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to accept cash from fines imposed on persons convicted of driving while under the influence in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code and these Codified Ordinances.
   (b)   The Finance Director is hereby directed to place all cash received into a Special Revenue Fund entitled “The Enforcement and Education Fund,” to be used solely for efforts pertaining to enforcement and public education of the laws governing operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, the dangers of operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and other information relating to the operation of a motor vehicle and the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
