§ 224.04 DEPOSIT OF PUBLIC MONEYS.

All public moneys coming into the hands of the Director of Finance shall be deposited in banks in the manner provided by Ohio R.C. Chapter 135, except that notwithstanding any of the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 135, the special payroll account representing a portion of the active moneys of the City may be deposited entirely in one bank.
