§ 224.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION,

   There is hereby established a Department of Finance in and for the City, which shall consist of the following:

   (a)   Division of Information Systems;

   (b)   Division of Purchasing;

   (c)   Division of Taxation;

   (d)   Division of Utility Billing; and

   (e)   Division of Treasury.
