§ 220.05 CONTRACTS WITH REAL ESTATE BROKERS.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into contracts with real estate brokers to pay commissions for procuring tenants for, and purchasers of, property owned by the City in the City Centre Mart. Such contracts are to be negotiated within the guidelines contained in the fee schedule attached to Ord. O78-4, passed January 3, 1978.
