§ 220.02 SHORT-TERM RENTAL AND LEASE AGREEMENTS.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into short-term rental and lease agreements, not to exceed one year, of real estate owned by the City under such terms and arrangements that will facilitate the various projects involved.
