§ 208.02 OPEN MEETINGS; RECORDING OF MINUTES.

Except as provided in § 208.06, all meetings of any public body are hereby declared to be public meetings open to the public at all times. The minutes of a special or regular meeting of any public body shall be promptly recorded and open to public inspection.
