(a) There is hereby authorized an ADA Paratransit Plan, on file with the Clerk of the City Council, as required by Department of Transportation Regulations (Title 49 C.F.R. parts 37 and 38).
(b) The paratransit service will be provided in the manner represented in such Plan, and efforts will be made to coordinate the provision of paratransit service offered by other providers.
