   The Fourth Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
   Commencing at a point located at the intersection of the corporation line and the centerline of State Rte. 122; thence S 4 59’ 15” W, along the easterly line of a 30.496 acre tract, 695 plus or minus feet to a point therein; thence with the northerly and easterly lines of a 244.026 acre tract, owned by Goecke Development Company, the following four courses and distances:
      (1)   S 85 47’ 25” E, 525.00 feet to a point;
      (2)   S 4 59’ 15” W, 66.68 feet to a point;
      (3)   S 83 54’ 22” E, 2,743.22 feet to a point in a section line, said line being the easterly line of Section 33 and the westerly line of Section 27, Town 3, Range 4, of Franklin Township; and
      (4)   S 5 22’ 49” W, with said section line, 1,911.22 feet to a point, said point being the section corner of Sections 33 and 27, Franklin Township, and Section 26 and 32 of Turtle Creek Township;
   thence with the easterly, southerly and westerly lines of a 126.020 acre tract, owned by Richard A. Dietz, the following seven courses and distances:
      (1)   S 5 23’ 10” W with the easterly line of Section 32, 2,622.85 feet to a point on the northerly right-of-way line of Hendrickson Road;
      (2)   N 84 23’ 51” W with said northerly right-of-way line, 1,705.69 feet to a point thereon;

      (4)   S 85 05’ 37” E, 297.00 feet to a point;

thence along the easterly line of said subdivision N 3 54’ 00” E a distance of 2,260.00 feet to a corner; thence N 85 37’ 00” W a distance of 192.00 feet to a point on the easterly right of way of Ottawa Street; thence along said right of way N 3 54’ 00” E a distance of 160.00 feet to a point on the northerly right of way line of Oneka Avenue; thence along said right of way N 85 37’ 00” W a distance of 260.00 feet to a point; thence N 3 54’ 00” E a distance of 212.50 feet to a point, also being the northwest corner of Lot 10432; thence eastwardly along the northerly line of Lot 10432 and the easterly extension of the same to the northerly line of Lot 10431; thence southwardly to the centerline of Grand Avenue; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Grand Avenue and State Rte. 122 to the intersection of the corporation line, also being the point of beginning.
