   The Second Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
   Commencing at a point located on the Great Miami River and corporation line that intersects with the centerline of Central Avenue, being the point of beginning; thence southeastwardly along such centerline to the intersection of the centerline of Carmody Boulevard; thence southwestwardly along such centerline to the intersection of the centerline of Second Avenue; thence southeastwardly along such centerline to the intersection of the centerline of South Main Street; thence southwestwardly along such centerline to the intersection of the centerline of Yankee Road; thence southwardly along such centerline to the intersection of the centerline of Girard Avenue; thence eastwardly along such centerline to the intersection of the centerline of Curtis Street; thence southwestwardly along such centerline to the intersection of the centerline of Fairmount Avenue; thence eastwardly along such centerline to the intersection of the centerline of Richmond Street; thence southwardly along such centerline to the intersection of the centerline of Woodlawn Avenue; thence eastwardly along such centerline to the intersection of the centerline of University Boulevard; thence northwardly along such centerline to the intersection of the centerline of Central Avenue; thence eastwardly to the intersection of the centerline of South Sutphin Street; thence southeastwardly to the intersection of the centerline of The Alameda; thence south and eastwardly to the intersection of the centerline of Highland Street; thence southwardly to the intersection of the north lot line of Lot 8144 extended to the centerline of Selden Avenue; thence westwardly along the north lot line of Lot 8144 to the intersection of the west lot line of the same; thence southwardly along the west lot lines of the following Lots: 8144 through 8147, 14923 through 14933, 15558 through 15575, 15386 through 15406, 15408 to the southwest corner of Lot 15407, said corner also being a point located on the north right-of-way line of Lefferson Road; thence southwardly to the intersection of the north line of Oneida Subdivision projected east; thence westwardly on said north subdivision line projected to a point also being the northeast corner of Lot 18461; thence S 3 54’ 00” W a distance of 212.50 feet to a point on the northerly right of way line of Oneka Avenue; thence along said easterly right of way S 85 37’ 00” E a distance of 260.00 feet to a point the easterly right of way of Ottawa Street; thence along said right of way S 3 54’ 00” E a distance of 160.00 feet to a point, also being the northwest corner of Lot 18497; thence S 85 37’ 00” E a distance of 192.00 feet to a point on the easterly line of said subdivision; thence along the easterly line of said subdivision S 3 54’ 00” W a distance of 2,260.00 feet to the intersection of the centerline of Oxford State Road; thence westwardly along such centerline to the intersection of the centerline of Yankee Road; thence southwardly along such centerline to the intersection northerly right of way line of Todhunter Road extended easterly; thence westwardly, along the same, to the westerly line of Lot 16074; thence northwardly, along the same, and the northerly lines of Lot 16073 and the westerly and northerly lines of Lot 16070 and the easterly extension of the northerly line of Lot 16070, to the easterly line of Yankee; thence continuing along the southerly lot line N 86 14’ 30” W, 882.72 feet to a corner in said tract; thence N 3 25’ 29” E along a lot line in said tract, 649.95 feet to a point thereon, said point also being the southeasterly corner of a 99.3732 acre tract owned by Theodore Martin; thence along the following four courses and distances of lot lines of said Martin tract:
