§ 205.10 NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
   The National Incident Management System (NIMS), as developed by the United States Secretary of Homeland Security, and adopted by the Federal Government, the State of Ohio and Butler County, Ohio, is hereby adopted as the incident command model for the City of Middletown, Ohio, for use in large scale emergency incidents. To the extent the NIMS is inconsistent or contradictory to any other local ordinances, the NIMS shall prevail.
