Whoever violates a proclamation of emergency, a subsequent executive order exercising emergency powers, a rule, or directive, which proclamation, order, rule or directive is issued pursuant to § 205.02, or any order or directive given by a peace officer or designated emergency services personnel pursuant to authority resulting from § 205.02, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree and shall be fined not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) or imprisoned not more than 90 days, or both, for each offense.
