§ 205.04 DESIGNATION OF CHIEF EMERGENCY OPERATIONS OFFICER.

In the event the City Manager declares that a state of public emergency exists, he or she may, at his or her sole discretion, designate a Chief Emergency Operations Officer for the state of public emergency.
