Executive orders, rules and directives issued pursuant to § 205.02 shall be effective upon issuance and shall remain in effect until withdrawn by the City Manager or revoked by action of the City Council. The City Manager shall withdraw such executive orders, rules and directives at such time as the conditions giving rise to the emergency cease, and those persons acting pursuant to § 205.02 shall cease to exercise emergency powers.
