§ 94.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Generally. Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.

   (B)   Litter control. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 94.15 through 94.27 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
